Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, but they could use some dusting and maintenance. The lack of cutlery and utensils was inconvenient, and the ongoing remodeling was a bit disruptive. The service was exceptional, especially from Armando and Gabriel at the front desk. The location was both amazing and a bit far from popular spots. The dining experience was decent but lacked a variety of breakfast options. Overall, a mixed but decent experience worth considering.
The hotel is situated in a breathtaking location on the mountainside in South Lake Tahoe, perfect for a skiing break. The rooms are a bit disappointing with uncomfortable beds and non-functional jacuzzi tubs, but the service is exceptional, especially from Armando and Gabriel at the front desk.
My stay at the hotel was beyond bad due to the ongoing room remodel, catching me off guard upon arrival. Despite that, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped for families with kids. The location, right across the street from the ski area, is great for skiers, but keep in mind it's away from the lake. The service was excellent, especially at the coffee bar, making up for the disappointing absence of a full cooked breakfast at the hotel's cafe.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were huge and comfortable with great amenities, but the layout was a bit awkward. The service was friendly and helpful, even though it seemed like some staff were still in training. The location was fabulous for skiers, but a bit far from restaurants. The dining options were limited, and I had to go elsewhere for a full breakfast. Overall, it was a decent stay but had its ups and downs.
